Eclecticly Vintage

Bramble is an eclectic vintage 1960s Citroen HY truck, lovingly restored and converted into a coffee and cocktail van. Run by Tory and her team, Bramble was born out of the desire to follow your dreams.

After wanting a change in direction, Tory decided that her ambition of owning a coffee van was to become a reality. And so, in September 2022 she, with the help of her husband, found a battered and dilapidated truck based in France and decided to take on this exciting new project.

Bramble wasn’t always this beautiful. Imported from Paris last year (it used to be a workhorse for Electricite de France!), the van arrived as a shell and nothing more. No steering wheel, no seats – the whole thing was gutted from the inside! Everything had to be re-designed and installed from scratch. After many months of hard grafting, Bramble Coffee Van officially came into existence.

We believe in the power of sustainability. After all, we did take an old vintage van and give it a new lease of life!

As a business, it’s our responsibility to be as sustainable as we can, and being kind to the environment is an essential part of what we do.

All of our takeaway packaging is biodegradable, including our cutlery, and we always strive to do our best to minimise waste.

Most of our goods are sourced locally which means less pollution on the roads, and we always aim to support local businesses like us so that our hospitality community can continue to thrive.
